  • Combining the finest ingredients such as French Butter, Southeast Asian coconut cream, and exceptional salted egg yolks, along with the utilization of the “double baking method” creates a delicious, savory custard filling that will remain molten and creamy – even at room temperature!

  • Highlighting a seasonal summer ingredient, coconut, this treat combines coconut water from Thailand and coconut milk from Vietnam for a textured and layered sensation. To top things off, coconut flower sugar is used for a caramelized filling that adds to the rich sweetness of the product.  
Serving Tips:
After removing the wrapping bag at room temperature, heat the mooncake with microwave oven (1000W) for 5-10 seconds.
